Terms of Service

1) Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern purchases and use of digital services (VIP ranks and in‑game perks) offered on stormrust.com (“Website”) and on our Rust servers (“Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.

 


2) Nature of Products & Delivery
All products are intangible digital services. After successful payment, perks are delivered electronically and typically activated to your Steam/Discord ID immediately (or within a reasonable time). If you do not receive activation, contact us within 24 hours at [email protected].
No physical shipment occurs; therefore no postal address is required.


3) Eligibility & Accounts
You must provide accurate identifiers (e.g., Steam/Discord ID) during checkout. You are responsible for your account security and any actions taken from your account. Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated for breaches of server rules or these Terms.


4) Prices, Taxes & Invoices
Prices are shown on the Website at the time of order. Taxes, if applicable, are included or displayed at checkout. Electronic receipts/invoices are sent to your email after payment confirmation.


5) Refunds & Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

  • Purchases are non‑refundable once the digital perk is activated or consumed on the server.

  • If activation fails or the service is not delivered, contact us within 24 hours so we can repair, replace (extend service time), or refund.

  • Right of withdrawal: For digital content supplied by electronic means, you acknowledge that delivery/activation begins immediately after payment and you expressly consent to this and waive the statutory right of withdrawal once performance starts. If activation has not started, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase.


6) Non‑Transferability
Purchases are permanent and bound to the account specified at checkout. You cannot transfer perks between accounts or between different game modes/servers (e.g., moving a 5x Trio VIP to 3x Duo), including in cases of bans or other restrictions.


7) Server Rules & Enforcement
You must follow our community and server rules. Violations (including cheating, harassment, exploiting, or chargeback abuse) can result in suspension or permanent ban without refund for any already‑activated digital services.


8) Changes to Packages & Service
We may modify or rebalance VIP packages, perks, and server features at any time to maintain fairness, comply with policies, or address security/technical issues. Where reasonably possible, we will give 14 days’ notice for material changes posted on this page or the Website. Urgent security/fraud fixes may occur without prior notice.


9) Payments, Processing & Disputes
Card payments are processed securely by our payment partner iyzico. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
If you have a billing question, contact us first at [email protected] with your order ID. Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may lead to account restrictions or legal action to combat fraud. We provide evidence to the payment processor for illegitimate chargebacks.


10) Data & Privacy
We process personal data (email, order info, Steam/Discord ID, IP logs) to deliver the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. For details, see our Privacy Policy. Payment data is handled by iyzico; we do not store full card details.


11) Downtime & Liability
Temporary downtime or changes may occur due to maintenance, updates, third‑party outages, or force majeure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service period.


12) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara.


13) Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Revised” date indicates the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
