Delivery (Digital Service)
All products are digital. After successful payment, VIP perks are activated instantly to the Steam/Discord ID you provide. If automatic delivery fails, contact us within 24 hours at [email protected].

Refunds

• If a purchase wasn’t delivered or activated, you are eligible for a refund.

• Once a digital perk is activated or consumed on the server, refunds are generally not possible.

• If you experience a technical issue within 48 hours of purchase, we will repair, extend your service time, or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations & Chargebacks
