Distance Sales Agreement

Parties
Seller: StormRust Game Server Community
Buyer: The customer who places an order on stormrust.com.

Subject
Provision of digital in‑game services (VIP ranks and perks) for StormRust servers.

Performance & Delivery
Service is delivered digitally and activated to the Buyer’s Steam/Discord ID after payment confirmation.

Prices & Payment
Current prices are shown on the Website at the time of order. Invoices are issued electronically.

Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
For digital content supplied by electronic means, once performance starts with the Buyer’s explicit consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal, the statutory withdrawal right does not apply. If performance has not started, the Buyer may withdraw within 14 days.

Liability & Support
We provide the service as described. If faults occur, contact [email protected] for repair, extension, or refund evaluation.

Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey. The competent courts of Ankara shall apply unless mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.
